Limetten-Mohn-Kuchen und Rübli Muffins

Marshmallow Muffins

Heute musste ich gleich mal unser Weihnachtsgeschenk ausprobieren :-).

Had to try our Christmas present today and made some Marshmallow Muffins.

100g dark chocolate, 100g butter, 250g flour,  2 tea spoons baking powder, 1/4 tea spoon salt, 

2 eggs,  125g sugar, 125g cream, 75g marshmallows (+50g to decorate the muffins, I only used some to mix in and haven't decorated the muffins)

Mix everything together an bake it about 30 miutes at 180°C
